Welcome

My path into the healing arts has been guided by a lifelong sensitivity to what moves beneath the surface, both in myself and in others. I began my professional journey as a Registered Nurse, drawn to caregiving and supporting the human experience. Over those 12 years, I felt the limitations of a healthcare system that often treats symptoms without  deeper listening to the root. That longing to go deeper led me into somatic healing, where I discovered the intelligence of the body and its capacity to guide us back toward wholeness.

Through my own personal healing and study, I’ve come to weave together CranioSacral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathwork, and psychedelic journeys. These modalities allow me to support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, at the pace of trust. My practice is rooted in stillness, presence, and the understanding that transformation is not something we force or effort into, but something we create space to compassionately allow to unfold.
